Onsite Community Administrator (SDCA
2025)
Join Real Manage as an Onsite Community Administrator.
Base Pay: $24.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Responsibilities Facility Management- Assist hiring and management of facility staff; maintain staff schedules.
- Manage facility maintenance by working with vendors, reporting problems, and creating/updating work orders.
- Process requests to reserve the recreation room/patio.
- Support bids for facility improvements or repairs.
- Post payments to homeowner accounts.
- Respond to alarm calls or emergencies involving the onsite property.
- Conduct weekly inspections of all facilities and parks.
- Assist with monthly home inspections, send follow‑up letters.
- Maintain key‑FOB and Bluetooth entry system and distribute keys.
- Maintain RV lot log, applications, and waiting list.
- Update community bulletin board with social events and association information.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to address facility needs or raise issues to the Board.
- Support the Social Committee in planning, coordinating, and executing community events.
- Help establish new vendors for the Association and ensure proper paperwork.
- Work with the Committee Chair, vendors, and accounts payable to secure timely payments.
- Attend Social Committee meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Provide feedback to the Board on events’ effectiveness.
- Suggest creative ideas for new events.
- Write the monthly newsletter and manage the advertising page.
- Write and upload articles; update content for the community website.
- Maintain community calendars.
- Distribute regular email updates and written communication to residents.
- Work with homeowners and the Master Architectural Committee (MAC) on proposed exterior projects.
- Review architectural applications and Notice of Completion to ensure completion.
- Coordinate with homeowners and the MAC to meet required time frames.
- Prepare and attend monthly MAC meetings.
- Draft MAC meeting minutes.
- Issue decision letters to homeowners conveying MAC’s final decision.
- Support community committees, clubs, and organizations.
- Respond to homeowner requests and questions.
- Collaborate with the management office on any service requests from homeowners.
- Attend HOA meetings and provide oral or written reports to the Board of Directors.
- Manage registered users and homeowner content on the community website.
- Upload documents, files, and photos to the website.
- Coordinate mail and weekly check delivery to the Carlsbad office for the company courier.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and carry boxes of event supplies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and common software.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
