Overview
Brighten a fast‑paced retail environment as the Backup Administrative Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market. You’ll support shoppers and team members in a friendly, active office setting while maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Conduct in‑store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements.
- Handle all cash and funds control per Sprouts policies when the full Administrative Coordinator is absent.
- Verify the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings from other employees’ business transactions.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports.
- Maintain cash register checkups, deposits, and checks in accordance with office procedures.
- Execute additional duties as needed to support store operations.
- At least 18 years old; high school diploma required, associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Dependable with flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail‑oriented to prevent and identify errors.
- Responsible for cash handling, security, and accurate reporting.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in customer service and store functions.
- Discrete and trustworthy with frequent contact with confidential material.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and other office equipment.
- Proficient in calculator use and other general office tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask professionally.
- Current knowledge of office procedures relating to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and checks.
- Availability to cover Administrative Coordinator absences and work weekends.
- Ready to perform other duties as needed.
The pay range for this position is $17.20 – $23.20 per hour, determined by applicant experience and qualifications.
