Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including some weekends

Commitment to learn the curriculum and take direction well/easily

Effective leadership and motivational skills

A background in dance, sports, theatre, child development, or fitness is a huuuge plus!

Pay starts at $16 per hour. Average trained staff members earn $17-20 per hour. But wait! There’s more:

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
