Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Location: On-site

Project Duration: 12 months

Compensation: $45–$50 per hour (hourly)

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to support and represent the General Contractor on an active data center construction project
. This position will provide on-site EHS management and oversight for daily construction activities and subcontractor operations throughout the 12-month project duration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site EHS management support on behalf of the General Contractor
  • Implement and maintain the project-specific Safety Plan in accordance with OSHA and client requirements
  • Monitor subcontractor safety performance and compliance with project expectations
  • Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and field observations
  • Review JSAs, AHAs, lift plans, permits, and other high-risk activity documentation
  • Support site safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talks
  • Assist with incident, near-miss, and injury investigations and corrective action tracking
  • Maintain safety records, inspection logs, training documentation, and reports
  • Coordinate with project management, superintendents, client representatives, and subcontractor safety staff
  • Support high-risk construction activities including crane operations, rigging, electrical work, and LOTO
Qualifications
  • CHST, ASP, or CSP certification (required)
  • 5–7 years of construction safety experience
    , preferably in data center, mission-critical, or large commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 standards
  • Experience working within a General Contractor environment
  • Strong communication and field coordination skills
  • Ability to work full-time on site for the duration of the project
