Construction Project Coordinator

Keep construction projects moving from kickoff through completion. A busy commercial contractor is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple active jobs. This is an excellent fit for someone who understands construction timelines, enjoys juggling competing priorities, and can keep documentation organized while the field team focuses on execution.

What You’ll Do:

Support project managers with scheduling, deadlines, status updates, and day-to-day coordination.

Maintain project files, plans, specifications, contracts, permits, and change-order documentation.

Track RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and outstanding approvals.

Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and office personnel.

Assist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance certificates, and compliance paperwork.

Update project trackers, schedules, and progress reports.

Help monitor material deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders.

Route invoices and assist with matching costs to the appropriate project budgets.

Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.

Support closeout documentation, punch lists, and final project records.
