Real Estate Instructor Opportunity Agent Real Estate Schools is looking for an engaging Instructor to lead both in-person and online training sessions for aspiring real estate professionals. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by preparing students for their licensing exams while equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive in today’s real estate industry.

As an Instructor, you’ll be at the center of a student’s journey into real estate. You’ll guide them through pre-licensing courses, share practical strategies from the field, and help them understand the mindset and habits that drive success. From the classroom to online platforms, your role is about more than teaching—it’s about inspiring confidence, building competence, and giving students the tools to launch their careers with momentum.

Our programs are built to provide structure, accountability, and real-world application. You’ll play a critical role in making sure students not only pass their exams but also walk away ready to apply their knowledge in transactions, negotiations, and client relationships.

• Lead in-person classes and workshops that prepare students for the real estate licensing exam
• Conduct live online training sessions and webinars for remote learners
• Deliver engaging presentations that simplify complex real estate topics
• Provide clear feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help students reach their goals
• Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent and effective curriculum delivery
• Stay up to date with current real estate practices, laws, and trends

• Current real estate license required
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
• Comfortable with technology for online instruction and virtual platforms
• Reliable, organized, and committed to student success

Part-time Compensation: $40 per hour
