About this role

We are seeking a Manufacturing and Process Technician with Medical Device experience to support our new products.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Support Design Transfer Phase activities:
    Process Development, Process Improvement
  • Support R&D Pilot/Production Line Support: monitor and adjust processes, provide technical support to engineers, perform assembly and failure analysis using laboratory microscopes
  • Execute tests and collect data: assist in design of experiments to increase yields, perform inspections, functional tests, and destructive tests
  • Document work: adequate writing skills, experience in mistake-proofing MPIs
  • Validate equipment and provide support for common Med Device MFG equipment: familiarize with equipment, construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, maintain equipment; perform PMs and routine cleaning
  • Train assemblers and associates as needed
  • Initiate purchase orders and document change orders
Education & Qualifications
  • +2 years of technician experience (at least 1 year relevant)
  • High school diploma or vocational/technical education or certification
  • Medical Device experience and familiarity with regulated environment
  • Able to work in a cleanroom
  • Experience with Medical Device products, preferably Catheters
  • Familiar with GMP, GDP, and laboratory practices
Must Have
  • Medical Device experience in a regulated environment
  • Able to work in a cleanroom
  • Experience with Catheters
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and lab practices
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Balloons, Catheters, Electrical, and Fiber Optic Processes
  • AS degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Project management skills
  • Problem-solving and innovation
  • Knowledge of drafting practices, GD&T, tolerance analysis
  • Knowledge of Design for Assembly analyses, mistake‑proofing techniques, and PFMEA
Compensation

Minimum Salary: $48,464;
Maximum Salary: $82,368.

Work Mode

Onsite work model, five days per week in the local office.
