Mental Health Group Facilitator

Position Summary:

Seeking Associates or Therapists to take on a small case load for EMDR (when necessary) and Group Facilitation

Responsibilities:

• Lead group activities
• Maintain documentation
• Ensure safety and respect for diversity
• Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours

Qualifications:

• Registration/Certification in a related field
• 1 year+ experience with mental illness/substance abuse for Associates
• Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance
• Pass background and medical checks
• EMDR certified

Skills:

• Group facilitation
• Documentation and computer skills
• Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness

Schedule:

• Flexible, 10-15 hours per week (potential for more depending on rapport), Monday-Sunday including holidays
