• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to offer and onboarding, delivering a smooth and engaging candidate journey every step of the way.
• Get creative: build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, and unconventional channels.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical excellence and culture alignment; act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams in making strong, long‑term hires.
• Own the offer process, ensuring a competitive and equitable approach aligned with company compensation philosophy.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to continuously refine recruiting processes, metrics, and tools to improve speed and quality of hires.
• Represent the company at networking events, university programs, and industry conferences to strengthen our employer brand.
• Deliver insights and data that inform workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in Med Tech, biotech, or a fast‑paced startup environment – electrophysiology industry experience highly preferred.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring hard‑to‑find talent in specialized technical or clinical fields.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and consultative skills—you’re comfortable challenging and advising business leaders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, implementation, and a knack for staying organized across multiple searches.
