Inventory Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an Inventory Analyst to support supply chain and manufacturing analytics, helping the business drive profitable growth.

• Develop data reports and analysis to interpret trends and derive recommendations by product hierarchy.
• Perform statistical analyses and create quality dashboards for projects and reporting.
• Identify and highlight data quality issues by collecting and reporting organizational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations that accelerate profitable growth.
• Mine data from multiple sources to create integrated views that inform planning and business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and visual dashboards.

• Passion for leveraging and interpreting data to drive significant business impact.
• Strong critical thinking skills to recognize patterns and anomalies, and to derive new conclusions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey findings in clear, actionable language.
• Natural curiosity and the drive to ask “Why?” and seek deeper insights.
• Attention to detail and the ability to draw accurate conclusions.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing queries.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charting, databases) and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst supporting supply chain or manufacturing.

Posted pay range: $68,640 to $79,600. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 3 weeks paid vacation in the first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions.
