Job Description

Techno/Functional Systems Analyst specializing in UKG Pro and Dimensions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to effectively support, configure, and enhance the clients UKG Pro/Dimensions systems. This role requires strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HCM, and HR/payroll processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all UKG Pro/Dimensions system-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.

This position requires analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for system configurations, customizations, and integrations. On the more technical side, you'll configure and maintain UKG Pro/Dimensions system settings, workflows, and business rules to support HR and payroll processes.

Must Have Skillsets:

  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience working with UKG Pro/Dimensions systems in a techno/functional capacity, including configuration, customization, and support.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Dell Boomi Certified.
  • Good to have experience in integration between UKG and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
