We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Signavio Consultant to join our team. The SAP Signavio Consultant/Architect/Analyst is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite to enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational agility. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to map, analyze, and improve processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and leveraging SAP Signavio’s capabilities for process modeling, mining, and optimization.

• Use SAP Signavio tools to map, model, and document business processes across various departments.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop future-state process designs aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and align process improvements with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on SAP Signavio functionalities and benefits.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Configure and deploy SAP Signavio solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate SAP Signavio with existing enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Success Factors, etc.).
• Ensure successful end-to-end implementation of process transformation projects.

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, design, or optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio or similar process management tools.
• Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP Signavio modules (e.g., Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Journey Modeler).
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems (S/4
  
  HANA, Success Factors) and their integration with Signavio.
• Knowledge of process mining tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.
