We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge autonomous agentic AI solutions that will revolutionize the productivity of software engineering and IT services teams. This isn’t just another engineering role — this is a pivotal opportunity to drive end-to-end AI transformation, directly impacting enterprise-wide innovation.

As AI and GenAI move from buzzwords to business-critical enablers, we need passionate engineers whose innovations will directly shape how AI is integrated into our development lifecycle—from intelligent automation to model lifecycle management and AI-enhanced test orchestration.

• Develop and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions to boost productivity across software engineering and IT services.
• Build and fine-tune AI models using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and orchestrate with tools like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and n8n.
• Design robust AI development pipelines covering testing, staging, production, and lifecycle management with rollback and versioning.
• Implement advanced evaluation and testing frameworks to ensure system reliability and performance at scale.
• Enhance development workflows using Git Hub Copilot, vector-based RAG systems, and monitoring via Dynatrace.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI-powered test automation, shared prompt libraries, and real-time feedback loops.

• Significant experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, MCP Servers, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Implement vector-based retrieval (RAG) systems with production-grade optimization.
• Advanced Python skills and expert-level prompt engineering.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML systems — including model versioning, A/B testing, and scaling.
• Strong experience with Dev Ops, automation, and AI observability tools:
  Functionize, Mabl, n8n, Dynatrace.
• Naturally innovative, and a passionate AI evangelist.
