Technical Support Engineer (TSE) at XILO

XILO, a fast-growing vertical AI company recently backed by a Series A financing round, is looking for technical support engineers to join our team.

Founded in 2019 by Jon and Eli, XILO revolutionized the insurance industry by addressing core quoting challenges and then transforming the business with AI-powered solutions. With recent Series A funding, we are expanding rapidly and looking for talented individuals who want to grow their careers in a mission‑driven startup at the forefront of AI innovation.

About the Role

As a TSE at XILO, you’ll be responsible for onboarding customers and delivering our product. You’ll use no‑code builders to create insurance applications, map integrations, or PDF mappings, and you’ll also handle data labeling for AI models. This role is designed for new graduates or soon‑to‑be graduates in Computer Science with limited professional software engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete 20 points per week (typically 5–10 cases).
  • Provide daily progress updates to project managers.
  • Test your work to achieve a 90%+ completion rate on cases.
  • Unblock cases by proactively reaching out to customers or teammates.
  • Communicate consistently with the team via Slack.
