We are looking for a full‑time Systems Administrator I to join our Information Technology team in our Carlsbad, CA location! The Systems Administrator I will provide end‑user support, systems configuration and maintenance, and incident management. Relocation assistance is not provided.

• Provide level 1 and some level 2 support to Fashionphile employees in tickets using Jira Service Management and in person, including onboarding and offboarding.
• IT Projects, including contacting vendors to solve technical issues, rolling out upgrades, and installing new office equipment at new locations.
• Administer, update, and maintain software systems.

• 4 years experience in IT support role or 1 year experience in a Systems Administrator role.
• Bachelor of Science or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Security and/or Networking.
• Certifications:
  
  A+, Google IT Support Professional, Network +, CCNA, Security +.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VOIP, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, security concepts, Google Workspace, and Identity Management.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Skilled at troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.

FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $65,000‑$80,000 for this position in our Carlsbad location. Offered compensation will vary based on location, individual candidate qualifications, and individual candidate experience.
