Lasernet​/Formpipe Report Developer

This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements for documents and forms—such as invoices—and implementing solutions that meet those needs. Data for these reports will be pulled from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), so familiarity with D365 is essential.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and define requirements for new or updated forms and reports, ensuring alignment with business criteria.
• Design, develop, and modify documents and forms using Lasernet/Formpipe tools integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365FO
  ).
• Implement custom logic and formatting using JavaScript within Lasernet templates.
• Perform unit testing to validate functionality and accuracy of forms and reports.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and usability of all generated documents (e.g., invoices, subcontracts).
• Deploy final documentation and forms into production environments following established processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing forms and reporting processes.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Proven experience with Lasernet/Formpipe software (Lasernet Developer Studio, Formpipe Output Management) for document and report generation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and customization within Lasernet.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Operations and its integration with Lasernet.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Basic familiarity with database administration/management concepts, and familiarity with table relations, keys, etc.

• 3–5 years of successful Lasernet report implementations with D365 Finance and Operations
• Experience with other reporting tools or document management systems (SQL Server Reporting Services – SSRS, Power BI, Electronic Reporting in D365FO
  , Financial Report Designer in D365FO
  )
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and data mapping concepts
• Familiarity with SQL/T‑SQL
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Azure Dev Ops
