Sr.Retention Analyst to join ourEcomm
Analytics team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights that influence marketing strategy, customer engagement, and business planning.
This role will partner closely with ecommerce and the broader marketing team toidentifyopportunities, measure performance, andoptimizecustomerlifecycle strategies through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate is both highly analytical and commerciallysavvyandbrings a strong background in marketing performance initiatives through data modeling and reporting.
Whatyou’llget to do:
- Work closely with the Retention team to evaluate campaign performance,identify areas for optimization,andimprovementthroughout the buyerlife cycle.
- Assistin the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests and other test-and-learn experiments, helping teams understand what drives customer engagement, repeat purchase behavior and loyalty.
- Leverage Customer Data Platform (CDP) data to uncover meaningful consumer insights, such as behavioral patterns, channel preferences, and engagement trends that inform targeting and personalization strategies.
- Provide analytical support for channel planning and investment decisions, delivering insights on ROI, customer lifetime value, and conversion drivers to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
- Develop andmaintaindashboards in collaboration with the central data team to track customer segments, repeat rates, shopping cycles, churn risks,and other high impact KPIs.
- Design and execute segmentation strategies to personalize marketing campaigns and improveretentionmetrics.
- Partner with CRM, Email, and Digital Marketing teams to test and measure lifecycle initiatives, promotions, andconversionstrategies, whileidentifyingimprovement opportunities across product, experience, and messaging enhancements.
- Create clear, compelling reporting and dashboards to track customer behavior, campaign performance, and retention trends.
- Collaborate with data science, ecommerce, and merchandising to integrate retention insights into assortment planning and marketing calendars.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science,statistics,marketing analytics,economics, orrelatedfieldand/or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 7+years of relevant experience in data analysis
- Strongproficiencyin SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience using Micro Strategy,Power
BI, Tableauor similar BI tools for data visualization and dashboard development. - Knowledge of CDPsand how toleveragethose systems to explore consumer data, measure results, and track consumer journeys.
- Excellent analytical thinking witha strong attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with an Omni Channel DTC business, preferably in the apparel space.
- Familiarity withmedia and marketing platform dataand KPIs– media agency experiencea plus.
- Exposure tostatisticalmodeling techniques for scenario planning and consumer segmentation.
- Understandingofmarketing funnels, customer lifecycle metrics, and segmentation strategies.

The salary range for this role is $100,900 - $129,780 per year.
