Sr Technical Project Manager

Location:

Carlsbad, CA, Hybrid (At least 2 days per week onsite) Duration: 6 Months Plus Education Master's degree in computer science engineering from an accredited university (desired not required) Bachelors degree with major in computer science engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university (preferred) will substitute for minimum 5 years professional IT experience. PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified SAFE

Experience:

8+ years of technical project/ program management experience, at scrum team, team of teams and leadership levels. Experience and active participation in digital transformation, data science and Analytics with demonstrable results Communication and change management expertise spanning software developers to senior executives Skilled in the development of agile metrics to incentivize best practice behaviors at all levels of the organization Experience in product management or engineering development, and leadership of product development teams A servant leader and strong communicator who can:
Listen and support teams in problem-identification and decision making Encourage an environment that values mutual respect, openness, and courage Persuade by influence rather than authority Think beyond day-to-day activities Support teams commitments, personal development, and continuous growth Empower teams to be owners of their products and processes Communicate with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to leadership Have SAFe certifications, ideally SAFe RTE or SAFe SPC At KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
