The Enterprise Applications Delivery team is responsible for governing, enhancing, and supporting Viasat's core business applications, including SAP, Oracle, procurement, finance, supply chain, and related enterprise platforms. The team partners with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions, drive process improvements, manage application roadmaps, and ensure reliable operations across mission-critical systems.

The team operates at the intersection of business and technology, translating business needs into scalable solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. In addition to application delivery, the team drives Agile execution, operational excellence, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs across the enterprise landscape.

The candidate will have opportunities to:

The candidate will apply their delivery management, communication, and Agile skills to coordinate multiple projects and operational activities across diverse teams.

They will use:

• Project and delivery management skills to track milestones, coordinate deliverables, manage dependencies, and support successful project execution.
• Agile and Scrum practices to facilitate ceremonies, maintain delivery cadence, track progress, and support continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder management skills to communicate project status, gather requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive issue resolution.
• Enterprise application knowledge to effectively collaborate with SAP, Oracle, and business teams.
• AI and automation awareness to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and streamlined delivery processes.
• Reporting and governance skills to provide visibility into project health, risks, resource needs, and business outcomes.
