About G10 Law
We are a strategic, growth‑oriented boutique firm dedicated to high‑quality real estate and land use work throughout California. We operate with integrity, collaboration, and respect – free from Big Law politics and burnout culture. Our attorneys take real ownership of cases while having the support of a strong, experienced team.
OpportunityWe’re seeking a seasoned litigator who enjoys both real courtroom work and creative problem‑solving. You will lead complex commercial and real‑estate disputes from intake through resolution with direct client interaction and a voice in firm strategy.
What You’ll Do- Take charge of a robust real‑estate litigation caseload (easements, development conflicts, lease + title disputes, non‑disclosure, HOA issues, etc.)
- Craft and execute litigation strategy‑motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial prep
- Collaborate closely with transactional team to pursue early resolution when possible
- Build lasting relationships with sophisticated clients (developers, investors, property owners)
- Optional mentorship of junior attorneys – scale responsibility if desired
- California Bar, active and in good standing
- 7+ years litigation experience with strong real‑estate exposure
- Confident handling depositions, law & motion, and client communications independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset: interest in building a practice with high autonomy
- Competitive salary ($165k–$185k DOE) + performance bonuses
- 1600‑hour target (predictable schedule, real work/life balance)
- Hybrid flexibility once integrated
- Direct access to leadership and decision-makers
- Real pathway to elevated roles in a growing firm
If you’re ready to step out of the big‑firm grind (or lead beyond a solo/small practice), we’d love to talk.
📩 Apply confidentially with resume + short note on your litigation experience.
