Our firm is seeking a skilled and highly motivated associate attorney to join our team. The description emphasizes strong written and verbal communication and a commitment to excellent client service. The role requires a candidate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with ideal candidates having experience in employment law, drafting pleadings, preparing motions for summary judgment, conducting depositions and discovery motions.
Trial experience is a plus.
Required:
CA Bar license. 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience with employment law, drafting pleadings, preparing motions for summary judgment, conducting depositions and discovery motions. Trial experience is a plus. In-person Monday through Friday.
Location requirement:
Ability to commute to Carlsbad, CA 92008.
Salary: $90,000.00 - $
