Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well‑established Carlsbad law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a trial attorney with two upcoming trials (early February and late April). This role is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast‑paced trial environment and can operate with minimal supervision. Trial paralegal must have a minimum of 5 years of trial litigation experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to lead trial counsel
- Draft, review, and manage motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Prepare and submit state and federal court filings
- Maintain and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial dates
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and court submissions
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal staff to ensure trial readiness
- Strong experience with motions practice and discovery
