Our expansive practice covers a full range of services, including appellate advocacy, attorney closing services, bankruptcy solutions, consumer collections, creditors’ rights matters, foreclosure proceedings, eviction services, litigation support, regulatory compliance, REO (Real Estate Owned) services, replevin actions, and an array of other specialized legal services tailored to meet our client’s unique needs.

• The candidate must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar.
• The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ right practice.
• Actively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to manage assigned matters.
• Bench trial and motions practice experience with a strong foundation in civil procedure, motions, and loss mitigation.
• Working knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA & FDCPA.
• Court appearances and some attendant travel will be required.
• The candidate must exhibit a commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
• Commitment to providing superior client support and exercising sound judgment in all matters.

• CA Bar License (Required)
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
