This role is critical in overseeing high-end projects across the nation, particularly in the hospitality, restaurant, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will navigate complex timelines, manage substantial budgets, and ensure high-quality execution of construction projects. Successful project managers will demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural blueprints and possess the ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances.
This position demands a proactive individual comfortable with client interactions and capable of fostering strong relationships. The ability to mentor and guide teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential for success in this dynamic environment.
$160,000 - $170,000 / Year DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints effectively.
- Lead high-end hospitality, restaurant, and retail projects nationwide.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage travel logistics and budgets autonomously.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders throughout project cycles.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management at a senior level.
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality, restaurant, and retail projects.
- Strong understanding of managing project budgets exceeding $5 million.
- Ability to create and issue change orders as necessary.
- BA degree in architecture or construction preferred.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Pro Core and Plan Grid is preferred.
