Position Overview

We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Associate Production – Custom Assembly professionals to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team in Carlsbad, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling custom and stock golf clubs using various tools and machinery. Ideal candidates will have experience in assembly and a strong work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble golf clubs according to work orders and specifications
• Utilize hand tools and machines to complete detailed assembly tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly layouts, and verbal/written instructions
• Perform quality checks and identify product issues or assembly errors
• Maintain equipment and report any calibration or maintenance needs
• Assist in training entry‑level assemblers
• Engage in cross‑training and support various operational functions
• Lift 10–20 lbs throughout the day; stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of assembly experience required
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team‑oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, and reaching
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
