Job Description- This Production Technician will perform various assignments within a manufacturing environment.
- Responsibilities include assisting with filling and packaging reagents in a fast-paced setting.
- Teamwork, attendance, and adaptability are critical for this role.
- The technician must follow company, site, and department procedures.
- Ability to read and follow process documentation written in English is required.
- Accurate record-keeping in documentation, adhering to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements
, is essential. - Daily housekeeping of production areas and equipment is expected.
- The technician must maintain up-to-date training records and comply with all policies and procedures.
- Motivation and the ability to learn simple to complex processes, building skills over time, are necessary.
- This role typically receives instructions on routine work and detailed guidance for new tasks from the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
- Strict adherence to safety standards and work instructions is required, including wearing personal protective equipment.
- Identify and suggest process improvements using Lean techniques.
- Immediately communicate safety, quality, or production issues to the appropriate personnel.
- The individual has the authority to stop production and notify relevant personnel for safety, quality, or production concerns.
