As an eCommerce Specialist
, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of Fit Lab’s DTC brand websites – including Assault Fitness, Electric Visual, and RPM Training – as well as supporting our events business through Ragnar’s “Let’s Do This” platform.
- Foster, support, and value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Merchandise products and collections across Shopify storefronts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluate customer shopping paths and understand user behavior by cohort to gain insights and action on data based on user journeys and friction points.
- Manage event setup within “Let’s Do This” (Ragnar), including race creation, pricing updates, and data accuracy.
- Manage new product uploads, including imagery, variants, tagging, and SEO setup.
- Optimize product recommendations and upsells to positively affect AOV.
- Schedule and QA homepage updates, promotional assets, and campaign launches.
- Monitor inventory availability and manage out-of-stock and back-in-stock scenarios.
- Analyze and optimize site search and collection filtering for an easy shopping experience.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on site performance and merchandising KPIs, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Sr. Manager, eCommerce on site optimizations, QA for dev enhancements, and longer-term projects such as Shopify theme updates.
- Document key processes to support scale across product launches, reporting, and merchandising updates.
- Assist Customer Service & Warehouse departments with order management & customer service issues.
- Perform other related projects/duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of ecommerce or site merchandising experience (Shopify experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar) and ecommerce reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities.
- Experience with ecommerce tools such as Yotpo, Klaviyo, or merchandising apps a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Ops, Dev).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and/or other reporting and productivity tools.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience managing ecommerce sites or merchandising.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
