Growth Coordinator
The Growth Coordinator is a junior, hands‑on support role on the Growth team, splitting time between marketing and sales execution. This role supports day‑to‑day activities across both functions, helping ensure initiatives are organized, executed efficiently, and moving forward.
You will assist with prospecting lists, outreach drafts, CRM and pipeline support, pitch and RFP coordination, conference and event logistics, and day‑to‑day marketing activities such as social content and paid campaign support. Over time, you may have the opportunity to gain exposure across both marketing and sales and further develop in the area where your skills are strongest, based on business needs and performance.
The Growth Coordinator reports to the Growth Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Assist with email marketing and nurture initiatives, including list pulls, light segmentation, and basic reporting.
- Support updates to case studies, one‑pager, pitch decks, and thought leadership materials for marketing and sales use.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, industry events, speaking opportunities, and PR initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up.
- Support the planning, set‑up, and day‑to‑day execution of paid campaigns across Linked In, Meta, search, and other digital channels under the guidance of Growth leadership.
- Help draft, schedule, and publish content for the agency Linked In and other social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visuals.
- Assist with preparing RFP responses and pitch materials by pulling relevant case studies, proof points, and performance data.
- Support project coordination for RFPs and pitches by helping map timelines, track deliverables, share internal status updates, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Support CRM and pipeline maintenance by keeping entries, stages, and next steps current to provide leadership with clear visibility into opportunities and priorities.
- Build and maintain target account and contact lists in the CRM using Linked In, research tools, and internal data.
- Support day‑to‑day prospecting efforts by setting up and updating outreach sequences, lists, and views within the CRM and outbound tools.
- Draft or refine first‑pass outreach emails, follow‑ups, and social messages for review by sales leadership.
- Maintain shared folders and libraries for decks, collateral, templates, and marketing assets to ensure easy access for the Growth team.
- Assist with tracking simple budgets for conferences, marketing tests, and small initiatives, flagging issues or variances as needed.
- Capture notes and action items from Growth meetings and support follow‑up and deadline tracking.
- Suggest and document small process improvements to improve prospecting, reporting, and marketing execution efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, business development, or a related role. Relevant internships and agency experience count.
- Comfortable working across both marketing and sales rather than within a single specialty.
- Strong research skills with the ability to turn information into organized lists, briefs, and clear next steps.
- Solid writing skills for business emails, presentations, and social content.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.
- Familiarity with Linked In and major social media platforms and how businesses use them.
- Comfortable learning and working in new tools such as CRM systems, prospecting platforms, and ad platforms.
- Highly organized, detail focused, and able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Self‑starter who asks thoughtful questions, follows through on tasks, and is open to testing new approaches.
- BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in an agency, growth‑oriented, or startup environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot and tools like Zoom Info or Linked In Sales Navigator.
