Responsibilities
  • Enroll in and complete real estate coursework to obtain or renew your license
  • Learn lead generation, follow-up, and client relationship skills through team systems
  • Support clients through the buying and selling process with guidance from senior agents
  • Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings
  • Shadow top producers to learn proven strategies for prospecting and closing deals
  • Use CRM and lead management tools to organize client information and track progress
Qualifications
  • Active real estate license, currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework or willing to enroll, or preparing to renew
  • Strong communication and people skills with a client-first mindset
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and open to mentorship
  • Comfortable with prospecting and consistent follow-up to build relationships
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools, email, and basic office software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn from a top-producing team
  • Commitment to growth and accountability in a fast-paced environment
