As a Busser, you will support front‑line service by maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous service. Your responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the restaurant, bussing tables, and running food and beverage deliveries while meeting all food‑handling and safety standards.

• Service all guests in the dining room, ensuring the best possible experience.
• Comply with attendance, punctuality, uniform, and bussing standards.
• Set up the entire restaurant and perform side‑work for breakdown.
• Understand the menu and deliver food and beverage accurately and in a timely manner.
• Run food to all sections of the restaurant and bar.
• Inspect and manicure station for cleanliness and presentation.
• Follow all food handling and safety regulations.
• Complete all assigned duties before checking out and clocking out.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

• Previous bussing experience at a fine‑dining establishment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• CA Food Handler’s Card, completed upon hire.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbs, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Employees must maneuver in tight spaces, including wet deck surfaces, and must be able to talk, hear, taste, and smell as required.

Pay Rate: $17.90/hr, Part‑time
