Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Visual Merchandising Operations Manager that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands! This role oversees all operational processes supporting in‑store visual execution, including managing the HQ Mock Store, seasonal product set‑ups, stockroom process and organization, and key project preparation. This role partners cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Production, Allocation, and Marketing to optimize assortments, floor sets, and seasonal transitions while driving the internal Visual Merchandising calendar.

Acting as the liaison between HQ Store Experience, Field Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations teams, the VM Operations Manager will ensure consistent communication, timely execution of key initiatives, and alignment across projects. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Content Designer to create impactful tools, manage in‑store signage and imagery, oversee sample coordination, and balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll get to do:

  • Own all operational processes for the HQ Mock Store, seasonal set‑ups, sample processes and organization, and preparation for key projects.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with key departments including Merchandising, Production, and Allocations to analyze assortments and optimize floor sets for in‑store launches.
  • Manage and drive the Visual Merchandising calendar to ensure flawless execution of floor sets, launches, seasonal transitions, and key brand initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ Store Experience, Field Visual, & Store Operation teams to manage consistency of all communication and direction for all VM initiatives and special projects. Coordinate and manage deadlines to align with key business partners.
  • Work closely with Visual Merchandising Content Designer to build impactful tools, guidelines, and directives.
  • Partner with Marketing department for alignment on all seasonal in‑store signage and imagery.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time with the flexibility of being able to attend to urgent requests and re‑prioritize tasks as needed
  • Manage Visual Merchandising Coordinator & streamline sample intake and organization process.
Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • 1+ years quality field operations and/or field management experience.
  • 5+ years retail experience in visual merchandising
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrates the ability to work cross‑functionally and develop business partner relationships across several different functions and teams.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills to multi‑task and execute multiple projects
  • Must be proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro DC

The salary range for this role is $110,000 per year - $120,000 per year.
