We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Carlsbad office. This is a full-time, commission‑heavy opportunity with unlimited income potential.

• Each day you will make 150–175 B2B calls using our CRM, which dials numbers and allows you to keep notes.
• Your pitch is designed to get past secretaries with little or no resistance.
• We provide both cold and warm data for every industry; there is no company we cannot help.
• Invoices are sent by Doc‑U‑Sign for easy completion.
• Commission is 50% on the margin for every sale and 50% on every re‑order; this equates to $75k–$100k in the first year, doubling every year thereafter.
• Pay is distributed every Friday, with the first week’s pay on the Friday of week two.

We pay 12 weeks of training and provide end‑to‑end support to guarantee success.
