In this role, you will use your eye for excellence to perform the essential functions of the role; such as making readies, residential service requests, general maintenance work orders, and asset preservation, all while ensuring you follow proper safety protocol. When you join this close-knit team, you will work with your team members (maintenance and office team) to achieve community goals.

• Residential maintenance experience preferred, 4+ years ideal
• Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis
• Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experience
• Independently able to plan, organize, and follow through on work
• Have an “eye for excellence” / detail-oriented
• Valid California driver's license is required as driving is an essential job function, and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g., ride-hailing, carpooling, bicycling, walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within travel time or cost

The compensation range for this position is $31 - $36/hr (inclusive of any potential bonuses and incentives)! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
