We are seeking a highly experienced Mobile Development Lead Engineer for this full‑time, on‑site position. In this role you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our IoT SaaS‑based iOS and Android mobile applications focused on real‑time, low‑latency video streaming. Responsibilities include driving architectural decisions, ensuring mobile application scalability and security, mentoring other engineers, and tackling complex engineering challenges across global teams.

• Security Focus – Champion and implement mobile development cybersecurity best practices, analyze results from source control analysis and penetration testing, and integrate security into the design lifecycle.
• Technical Leadership – Lead the design and development of native mobile applications (primarily iOS) and contribute to Android development. Work hands‑on to write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code for our video streaming applications; mentor and guide other developers, leading design sessions and code reviews.
• Best Practices & Quality – Champion the secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, enforce high standards for software development, including design patterns, comprehensive design documentation, rigorous unit testing, and thorough code reviews; collaborate with global engineering and product teams to deliver high‑quality features.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of professional software engineering lead experience in native mobile application development, with a strong emphasis on real‑time, low‑latency streaming.
• Extensive experience with video codecs (e.g., H.264, H.265), streaming protocols (e.g., RTSP, WebRTC), and video playback libraries.
• Extensive experience primarily on the iOS platform; complementary Android platform development is preferred.
• A strong portfolio of native SaaS‑based IOT mobile applications that you have designed, built, and commercially released.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with iOS and Android edge‑caching technologies.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and working with communication protocols such as HTTPS, MQTT, Web Socket, and WebRTC.
• Mastery of software engineering best practices: design patterns, multithreading, comprehensive design documentation, unit testing frameworks, and code review processes.
• Proven experience leading the design and development efforts and mentoring a team of mobile developers.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
