Tax Manager

You’ll work directly with firm leadership and clients on tax planning, consulting, and business advisory projects, with the opportunity to influence client decisions and grow alongside the firm.

• Take ownership of an established portfolio of clients.
• Build your advisory experience through meaningful tax planning and consulting work.

• Manage and review individual, partnership, S-Corporation, and corporate tax returns.
• Lead client relationships and provide proactive tax planning and advice.
• Research complex tax issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Review staff work, provide coaching, and support professional development.
• Manage engagement deadlines and collaborate with leadership on client strategy.

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and experience reviewing returns.
• Ability to build client relationships, manage priorities, and mentor staff.
• A proactive approach and interest in growing as a leader.
