Adecco is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Administrative
Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain organized records and files
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
- Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with office software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Competitive hourly pay of $ 23.00/hr
- Consistent full-time schedule

$23.00 per hour
