Job Description
AECOM is seeking an experienced On‑site Construction Manager to support Federal Projects.

• Lead on‑site delivery of CM services and manage a staff of CM professionals.
• Support construction safety implementation and develop a safety culture.
• Implement CM schedule, cost, quality, communication, decision‑making, and information tools across the project.
• Support program and project controls through schedule control, cost control, change, risk management, and reporting.
• Attend and/or support meetings and teleconferences, prepare correspondence, and maintain official construction site records.
• Monitor contract progress and recommend contractor payments to the client.
• Build a cooperative partnership among client, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate effective risk management and mitigation practices.
• Enforce contract documents including plans and specifications.
• Develop start‑up and commissioning plans and identify associated resources.
• Maintain electronic document control systems and project files.

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture + 6 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship required.

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture + 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in construction project management with stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of design specs and drawings.
• PE, CCM, or PMP preferred.
• Ten years of progressively challenging experience on major construction projects.
• Construction Management experience on projects valued at $100M+.
• Prior construction experience on remote / austere locations.
• OSHA 30 certification.
