Location:
Carlsbad, CA (Fully in office)
Temporary assignment 3-4 months long
Job Duties- Provide administrative support to the billing team, assisting with day-to-day operations
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls related to payments and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Process and complete online forms with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain and update customer records by logging relevant information into internal systems
- Receive and process customer payments through online payment platforms
- Generate and print invoices for distribution to customers
- Learn and effectively operate the company phone system to route and manage calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and payment-related issues
- Appropriately delegate and route phone calls to the correct departments or team members
