• Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Ensure treatment plans are reviewed with each family and that informed consents are obtained for treatments.
• Deliver quality dental care to every patient.
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• Maintain a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.

• Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates).
• Daily minimum guarantee of $800-$1,000.
• 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus locational % premiums).
• Two weeks paid vacation time.
• Cash bonuses up to $80,000.
