Master Team Reach Teacher (MTRT)
The Master Team Reach Teacher serves on a Multi‑Classroom Leader team, delivering classroom instruction and taking on additional adult leadership responsibilities—such as lesson planning, data‑driven meetings, and coaching—while ensuring high‑growth learning outcomes for all students. The MTRT supports small‑group tutoring, monitors its effectiveness, and recommends adjustments.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
- Valid New Mexico teaching license.
- Prior evidence of high‑growth student learning (top 25% of state or national test performers).
- Must be able to pass employment verification.
- Knowledge of the Opportunity Culture landscape.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with individuals who have differing cultural backgrounds, personal characteristics, or economic differences.
- Preference for experience working with populations similar to those in the desired school.
- Alternatives acceptable at the discretion of the Superintendent.
