ThePermian Basin
Straddling West Texas and southeastern New Mexico, the Permian is the most prolific oil and gas basin in America and the engine behind the country’s energy renaissance. The merger of Exxon Mobil and Pioneer creates an Unconventional business with the largest, high‑return development potential in the Permian Basin. In 2023 we produced, on average, 612,000 barrels a day in the Permian Basin, and we’re aiming to produce 1 million barrels per day from our Permian assets by the end of 2027.
Role OverviewIndividual to work with the water transfer team (PWM) supporting completions and drilling activities in SE New Mexico.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of water transfer pumps within pipeline infrastructure and frac ponds.
- Provide quality‑control oversight for third‑party water transfer equipment installation and rig‑down.
- Align daily duties with field team lead and supervisor to meet key scheduling objectives.
- Safety focused.

- Adaptable, reliable, customer focused, teachable, mechanical experience.
