Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to find a Production Tech to work for initially 6 Months contract in Carlsbad, NM.
Work Schedule:
8/6 rotation
Job Type: W2 contract (with possibility for extension)

- The Production Tech is responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- They will troubleshoot problems, diagnose equipment failures, and make repairs as needed.
- They will also work with other production staff to ensure that production is meeting quality and quantity goals.
- This is a technically demanding job that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An associate's degree in engineering or a related field is required, and some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
