Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce to lead growth across digital commerce channels and drive profitable revenue performance. This leader will oversee digital marketing strategy, agency management, eCommerce performance, and omni-channel growth initiatives while managing a team focused on customer acquisition, retention, and commercial success.
Skills and Requirements- 8+ years of leadership experience in marketing and Ecommerce
- Experience managing large marketing budgets (10M+) and driving significant digital revenue growth
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and digital commerce
- Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships
- Experience supporting omni-channel businesses
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience making ROI-based investment decisions
- Experience leveraging marketing technology platforms and performance reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Fashion, beauty, luxury retail, or consumer products experience
- Strong SEO expertise
- Experience driving customer lifecycle and retention strategies
- Experience supporting both retail and eCommerce channels
