• Active and unencumbered RN license (New Mexico or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
• Proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene preferred
• Ability to float to Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) units
• ER and Med Surg nursing experience required
• Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travel nurses

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, including ventilator management and titration of critical drips
• Perform patient hygiene and medication mixing as needed
• Float to ER and Med Surg departments as required
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Med Host EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during critical care situations
