Travel L&D RN – Carlsbad, NM (13-Week Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced Travel Labor & Delivery RN to join a dedicated women’s health team in Carlsbad, NM. This contract offers the chance to provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns while enjoying one of the most unique destinations in southern New Mexico.

• Provide comprehensive care through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and respond to changes with clinical expertise.
• Administer medications and assist with epidurals, inductions, and C-sections.
• Educate and support mothers, newborns, and families throughout the birthing process.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe, positive outcomes.

• 2+ years of recent L&D experience required.
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, and NRP required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
• Compassionate, family-centered approach to care.

• Shift: Nights, 6:30 pm – 7:00 am
