Travel RN – Rehab (Nights)

Assignment Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Floating: Required

Patient Ratio: 1:5

Experience & Certifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of Rehab RN experience required

• BLS Certification required

• ACLS & PALS preferred

EMR:

• Med Host

Position Overview:
The Rehab RN evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care. The role includes assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, administering medications, and performing patient tests within the RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities also include:

• Promoting patient independence by establishing care goals

• Educating patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care skills

• Utilizing clinical judgment and experience to plan and accomplish patient goals

• Performing a wide variety of nursing tasks with creativity and autonomy

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required

• Current RN Certification/Licensure
