Shift Manager, -DOE & Shift

Shift Manager, Starting Pay $15.00-$16.00 DOE & Shift.

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee that holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA.

Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.

Managers oversee shift operations, including planning, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
