Shift Manager, Starting Pay $15.00-$16.00 DOE & Shift.

Job SummaryShift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
ResponsibilitiesManagers oversee shift operations, including planning, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
