Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians. In this role, you will support electricians in electrical maintenance, repair, and construction. Your primary duties include assisting with apparatus preparation and assembly, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, tool operation skills, and a commitment to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical maintenance, repair, and construction tasks.
• Prepare and assemble apparatus for specific jobs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Handle materials, including loading onto trucks or trailers.
• Strip and terminate cables, demonstrating knowledge of materials and processes.
• Perform electrical testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Record meter data accurately and maintain electrical records.
• Wire systems at 120v, 240v, 480v, and low voltage; read electrical CAD drawings.
• Ensure compliance with NEC codes and company policies.
• Collaborate with contractors to provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
