Most companies are going to tell you about their great culture, their competitive pay, and their team atmosphere.

We're not going to do that.

Instead, we're going to tell you what we actually are — and let you decide if you belong here.

We run prevailing wage work in San Diego. That means journeymen on our crew earn around $90/hour. We offer a 401(k).

We are a young, growing mechanical contractor with high standards, a documented career path, and a backlog of real work. We know exactly where we are going and we are selective about who comes with us.

You show up early because that is who you are, not because someone is watching. You take pride in work that is right — not just done. You want to be pushed, to be around people who hold a high standard, and to build something worth being part of. You are thinking about where you will be in five years, not just what you are making this week.

You want a company that will invest in you — in your skills, your advancement, and your family's stability. You want leadership that tells you the truth, gives you clear expectations, and recognizes you specifically when you deliver.

If that is what you have been looking for and haven't found yet — keep reading.

You will install commercial and residential HVAC systems — split systems, package units, RTUs, mini-splits, ductwork, refrigerant piping — to a standard we take seriously. You will work under a Site Lead, alongside a crew that holds itself accountable, on projects that matter to real clients.

The work is physically demanding. The expectations are high. The environment will challenge you.

That is the point.

• Journeyman-level HVAC installation experience — you have done this, you are good at it, and you can prove it
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Valid California driver's license
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• A work history that reflects someone who stays, builds, and grows — not someone who leaves when something shinier shows up

Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. The discipline, accountability, and pride in craft that define service are exactly the values that define this team. We recognize what that background represents and we respect it.

• Prevailing wage work at approximately $90/hour
• 401(k) — because we are invested in your future, not just your week
• A career path that is documented, real, and tied directly to your performance
• Leadership that notices — your work, your growth, and the things that matter to you outside of work
• A company that is building something and wants to build it with people who are proud of what they do

If you read this and thought that sounds intense — we appreciate your honesty and wish you well.

We are not trying to fill a seat. We are looking for one of the right ones.
