Salary: $70,000-$80,000

We are seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Specialist to support purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is highly organized, computer literate, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain purchasing records, shipping documentation, and inventory reports.
• Work closely with warehouse, accounting, and operations teams to support daily business needs.
• Track shipments, identify potential delays, and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Assist with logistics planning and inventory management.
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including occasional hands‑on work.

• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or operations role.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
